Summary:
Tommy Spinelli has 24 hours to deliver a bag of 8 "former associates" to an angry mob boss in San Diego. But when Charlie, a fellow passenger on his flight, mistakenly takes the bag, the heads go to Baja. When Charlie discovers the bag's horrific contents, he desperately tries to get the bag back to the border.
